Q: When will my order ship?
A: We are currently at a 3-5 business day turnaround time with order processing. While all items are ready to ship before you purchase, it does still takes time to process orders and keep up with inventory!
Q: What type // weight of paper do you use?
A: We don’t share those details, but I personally use Pilot G2s, Sharpie pens, Le Pen pens, Staedtlers, and others without an issue with bleeding. Some shadowing may occur, depending on how heavy you write.
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: No, unfortunately we’re not currently accepting custom orders at this time.
Q: When will _______ be back in stock?
A: We typically restock on Fridays at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. If an item is not stocked one week, it should make the next week’s restock! Items shouldn’t be sold out for more than two weeks!!
Q: I want to make stickers for your inserts… What are the dimensions of the boxes, spaces, etc?
A: Because we have so many different options and layouts, AND because we’ve found that every machine and program is slightly different, we’ve opted to not post sizes online.
Q: Can I get fewer weeks or months than what is listed?
A: Because of high order volume, we’re not offering fewer months than what is listed at this time.
Q: I forgot to add something to my order. Can you combine my orders if I place a second one?
A: Because of how we process orders, we’re not able to add on to or combine orders at this time.
Q: I ordered the wrong thing. Can I return it or exchange it for something else?
A: Unfortunately we’re not able to accept returns/exchanges at this time, but we do have several customers who use #SewMuchCraftingBST on Instagram to buy, sell and trade inserts!
